Returns & Exchanges:

Trinity Expressions stand's behind the quality of every product that we sell. If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of them item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 30 days of receiving. You can return for size exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Conditions:

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items must be returned in the condition they were packaged and sent. Products covered in animal/human hair or any dirt or substance that we deem to not be new, will not be accepted. Products that smell like they have been washed will not be accepted. Products that smell like smoke, cologne, or have deodorant markings or sweat stains will not be accepted. All items with a "Final Sale" or "Sale" or that are sold during the holidays are final, and no exchange or returns will be accepted.

Incorrect Item:

If you have received incorrect item please an email support@trinityexpressions.com and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with  
  4. Photo of incorrect item and packing list

Upon our team confirming that you received the incorrect item, we will create a return label for you, and you will be shipped the correct item in 5-7 business days.

 If you have received a damaged, or defective item please email support@trinityexpressions.com and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with  
  4. Your request (refund or send another product?)
  5. Most importantly a photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Send pictures taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.

Refund policy

We do our very best to make your experience with us as wonderful as possible. By making a purchase you agree to our return policy below:

Exchanges 

Size exchanges from us to you are 100% FREE! The exchange must be postmarked within 30 days from the day you received your order.

We do not pay for return shipping labels on exchanges. However, we do pay for the shipping when we send the item back to you!

Only one exchange per item per order will be accepted.

Refunds

We have a 30 day MBG. If 30 days have gone by since the day you received your order, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. The return must be postmarked before the 30 day period ends or the return will not be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are washed or dirty will not be exchanged or refunded. 

Shipping costs are non refundable.

Special Note: We cannot except seasonal items for returns for refund. However, we are happy to provide size exchanges for seasonal items according to our normal size exchange policy.

Damaged/defective items

We stand by our products! If you get your item and it is damaged/or defective, you must send us an email or call us within 7 days of receiving your item for another item to be sent in place of it. This is 100% free and on us!

Lost or stolen packages

If the tracking says "delivered" and you did not receive it please contact USPS to see if they can find it. We recommend checking with neighbors as well.
